To give you a slight taster of what you can expect, let us tell you right now of how we may differ from other more 'conventional' online shops.
Firstly, you can expect nothing but the best customer service and a freephone contact to boot. We refuse to give you huge call charges just for our service. In fact, we want your custom, so it's free.
Now, for our must see - must use selling point. We don't accept credit cards/Paypal. That may sound more inconvenient. However, not everyone owns a card and we offer the most risk-free method of payment available. This is a direct bank transfer. Simply make the payment via online/telephone banking/in branch, using the order reference. At no point do we have contact with your credit card/banking details. What's more is we even despatch your order prior to receiving payment. Obviously we don't mind immediate payment, but anything up to seven days is fine by us.
